A customer service and property management team, with technicians and staff, and an emergency response team, on hand round the clock, to tend to customers’ needs in the Park, leaving the latter to focus on their work. A strong emphasis on customer service ensures that our customers’ work and living environments are well managed and maintained.

Ample car parking spaces, for cars and motorcycles, are available on the grounds of the Park, in clearly marked designated areas.

The Park is on the route of Nansha city’s circle line shuttle bus service. Services are frequent at about 15 minute intervals. In addition, the Park also operates its own shuttle service to the Nansha Ferry Terminal and by prior arrangements to other destinations such as the Guangzhou Government Command Center at Nansha, Nansha Golf Club, Nansha Grand Hotel, Puzhou Mall or others.

A Business Center is located at the Conference, Education and Training Center, and another at the Guest House. They support such needs as faxes, photocopying, use of computers, and secretarial support.

Located in the Guest House, Nansha IT Park’s Fitness Center and Health Club, is an ideal place to relax and unwind after a hard day’s work. A full range of fitness and training equipment, indoor and outdoor pools, coupled with the tranquility and relaxing ambience of the Park makes this an easy get-away.
