Not just “campus-like” but a truly idyllic and
picturesque campus. Built specifically for research, creativity, development
and incubation of technology projects, and for training, education,
corporate/strategic planning meetings and retreats, our overriding emphasis
is on creating a conducive, low density environment, with abundant
space and greenery, to promote creativity, innovation, and development,
yet afford opportunities for interaction and growth.
Lakeview of Guesthouse and Conference and Training Center
Thus at the core of the campus we have our Conference and Training Center on the south side of the Lake, and the Guest House,
Fitness Center & Health Club on the north side. Labs, incubators,
and technology workspace permeate from here and seamlessly integrate
into the lush surroundings. On the northern peripheral is our living
space, where we have a small number of studios and apartments, for those
who choose to live in our idyllic environment.
Architecturally, there are no “hard lines” of steel, marble
or glass. Every visual aspect of the Park has taken on a soft focus,
some deliberately others naturally, to meet the very nature of the type
of projects, research and developmental work taking place here, complementing
the discerning styles and preferences of the category of people who
work on these projects.
