Phase 1 of the 2.5 sq. km site is now in operation, with 25,000 sq. m of labs, incubator and technology workspace ready for use. Built over 5 floors, all labs and workspaces are finished adequately, equipped with central air conditioning, lighting, power outlets, smoke detectors and water sprinklers, and connected to the campus broadband, allowing users to start-up quickly with minimal worries as to engineering modifications of the unit.

The space is modular, and is easily adaptable to users’ specifications, giving flexibility and maximum efficiency.
